24 regular sized marshmallows
24 chocolate cookies (like Fudge Stripes)
8 oz chocolate almond bark, melted
24 round yellow candies
Place cookies chocolate side up
Dip marshmallows in melted candy, shaking gently to allow excess chocolate to drip off
Place coated marshmallow on top of cookie to form a hat
Attach a yellow candy “buckle” to the front of each
Allow candy to become firm before serving
