10.5 oz bag fruit-flavored mini marshmallows
1 ½ cups sweetened shredded coconut
12 oz white chocolate almond bark
3 Tablespoons vegetable oil
Line a large baking sheet with wax paper. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine mini marshmallows and coconut.
In a large microwave-safe bowl, heat almond bark and vegetable oil until melted and smooth, stopping to stir every 20 seconds.
Drizzle the white chocolate over the marshmallows and coconut, stirring until everything is coated evenly.
Using a medium cookie scoop, scoop mixture onto prepared baking sheet. Let set until firm.
